SURVIVE-MIVA - Providing Transport Grants for the Developing World. SURVIVE-MIVA is a Catholic Lay Association, founded in Liverpool, UK in 1974. We exist to provide one vital element for successful health, pastoral, educational and developmental work in developing countries - a means of transport. During the calendar year 2007, SURVIVE-MIVA funded the purchase of 173 modes of transportation. Read more about these projects and their distribution by clicking here. Are you able to help SURVIVE-MIVA financially? Find out how to make a donation by clicking here, or set up a Banker's Order here. If you are thinking of leaving a gift to SURVIVE-MIVA in your will then click here for more information. Alternatively you may wish to organise a fundraising event to support our work e.g. a sponsored run or a concert.
