Gift Aid Declaration
Tax legislation now means that all donations - large or small - are eligible for refunds if you pay tax.  NO DETAILS of your tax affairs are required, however, you must pay an amount of Income Tax at any rate or Capital Gains Tax equal to the amount of tax we reclaim (28p for every £1.00 you give).  If you already donate via bankers order, please let us have this declaration for our records.  You need only sign once, which will count for all/any future donations you make where we can clearly identify you as the donor.  At SURVIVE-MIVA, all donations count - they do make a difference!
